send payment to you. The debt collection letter includes your contact
information, the debtor's contact information, and the balance on the debt owed

the collection process is at with each successive stage being more

3. What is a Collection Letter Series?
A debt Collection Letter Series is a set of debt collection letters sent in a
fixed 15 day intervals to a specified debtor. Each successive debt collection
letter in the series uses more assertive language in asking for your unpaid
balance. Currently, our debt Collection Letter Series consists of three (3)
debt collection letters and the fixed interval is fifteen (15) days.
4. What is a Volume Discount?
A volume discount debt Collection Letter Series credit is a credit that is
purchased in volume credits and can be used to pay for debt Collection Letter
Series. They can be purchased in packages of 25, 50, 75, 100, or 150. The rate
per series credit is less than the rate of collection letters purchased
individually. Volume discount debt collection letter credits are credited to
your account and are available when you are ready to send a debt Collection
Letter Series. A volume discount debt Collection Letter Series credit will
always be used before asking you to provide payment information

7. To whom can I assign a Collection Letter Series?
eCollectionLetters service can only be used to collect account receivables from
other business entities. We will cancel any debt Collection Letter Series
assigned to non-business entities. You will be sent a notice indicating that
you cannot submit debt Collection Letter Series for non-business entities. If
you continue to violate
our policy, your account will be disabled. This service is not for
collection of debt from consumers or private parties.
8. How does an eCollectionLetters debt Collection Letter
Series work?
First, you purchase a debt Collection Letter Series to send to a delinquent
account owner.
Second, you request a Collection Letter Series to the delinquent account.
Once we have verified your payment information and that the debtor’s
information has been verified as a business entity, we will process your
Collection Letter Series.
A debt collection letter is generated and mailed directly to the debtor
instructing them to pay you directly for the debt amount owed.
Unless you stop the debt Collection Letter Series in your eCollectionLetters
account, a second and third letter will be generated and mailed to the debtor
in a 15 day fixed interval.
If you still do not receive payment after the third collection letter has been
mailed, you will have the option to assign the delinquent account to our parent
collection agency
PS Credit .
9. The debtor has paid their debt, what do I do now?
If the debtor has paid their debt, you should log into your eCollectionLetters
account and stop the next collection letter in the Collection Letter Series.
10. The debtor not paid the debt, what do I do now?
If the debtor has not paid the debt after the third collection letter in the
series has been sent, you have the option to assign the account to our parent
collection agency (PS Credit )
for collection. You will be asked for some additional information
and when our collection agency receives your information, you will
be contacted.
11. In my account, what do the different collection statuses
mean?
Pending - The eCollectionLetters order had been received and being
processed.
Active - Your eCollectionLetters orders has been processed and the
letter series has started.
First - The first electronic debt collection letter in the series has
been sent to the debtor.
Second - The second electronic debt collection letter in the series has
been sent to the debtor.
Complete - The third and last debt collection letter in the series
has been sent to the debtor.
Stopped - The electronic process has been stopped and will not be
processed further.
Admin Stop - The electronic debt collection letters has been stopped by
the administrator. Please check your email for a letter from
info@ecollectionletters.com for reason. If you do not receive an email within
48 hours please contact us toll free at 1-(888)222-8555.
Assigned – Your delinquent account has been assigned to our collection
agency,PS Credit, for collections.
12. The status of my eCollectionLetters Series is "Admin
Stop", why can't I restart the process?
The administrator of our system has a question and has prevented the process
from continuing. The Collection Letter Series may not be restarted after the
site administrator has put a stop. Please check your email for a letter from
info@ecollectionletters.com for reason. If you do not receive an email within
48 hours please
contact us toll free at 1-(888)222-8555. After the administrator
is satisfied with the resolution, the administrator will start the debt
collection letter process for you again.
13. What if I can’t log into my account?
The email address you signed up with is the login you use to sign into our
system. Please ensure that you have typed your email address exactly the same
as when you signed up with us. It is not case sensitive. If your account is
disabled, please contact us toll free at
1-(888)222-8555 or by email at info@ecollectionletters.com and we will work
with you to enable your account again. Your account may have been disabled due
to unacceptable use of our service; in this case, we may choose not to enable
your account.
14. What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button. A page will
come up asking you to “Please enter your email address”. Once you have clicked
“OK” an automatic email will be sent to you with the corresponding password if
it exists in our system. You can only request your password once in a 24 hour
time period. We have this
policy to protect you and to prevent abuse of our system.
15. Why does eCollectionLetters work?
